SentIt is an independent file delivery service built and operated by Alessandra Del Giallo, a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada. It brings uploads, Google Drive files and Dropbox files into one delivery page for freelancers and small studios handing finished work to clients.

Email support@sentit.app for product questions, account help or a delivery problem. Tell us what you were trying to do and the error you saw. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or private client files.

If you received an expired or unavailable link, contact the sender first. They control the files and the delivery’s availability.

Who can open a delivery?

Delivery links are unlisted: anyone with the active URL can access the files, subject to delivery limits. Recipients do not need an account. Links are not password protected, and a custom domain does not change who can open them. Share links only with the intended recipients. Read our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Where do the files live?

Direct uploads use your SentIt storage. Connected files stay in Google Drive or Dropbox and depend on continued provider access. Cloud downloads count toward your daily transfer allowance. SentIt is for delivery; keep your own backups and ask recipients to save their copies before the link expires.

Billing and account requests

Paddle handles Premium payments, tax and invoices. Manage your subscription in Settings → Manage billing. For refund instructions, see the Refund Policy. To request account deletion, email support from your account address.
