From finished work to client handoff

  1. Collect the finished campaign

    Combine uploads with files from your connected Drive and Dropbox accounts. Preview compatible images, audio and video before downloading. Export native cloud documents as DOCX or PDF before attaching them.

  2. Make the last correction in place

    Add a revised asset, remove the old export and save a note describing the change. The client can return to the same active link for the updated package.

  3. Put your agency’s name on it

    Use Premium to add your logo and accent colour, share from a verified custom domain, choose automatic, light or dark delivery pages, and remove SentIt branding. Present the finished campaign under the agency’s identity.

Before you send

Can I combine files from different providers?
Yes. A delivery can mix computer uploads, Google Drive and Dropbox files. Add files directly from your connected Dropbox or Google Drive account; each cloud download must fit your remaining daily transfer allowance. Connected files do not use SentIt storage, but provider availability and SentIt’s daily transfer allowances still apply.
Does the client need an account?
No. Clients open the link and download the files. Links are unlisted: anyone with the active URL can access the delivery, subject to its limits. Share it only with the intended recipients.
Does SentIt include a team workspace?
No. Each sender uses an individual account and its connected storage. Shared seats, approval workflows and team workspaces are not included. Use the delivery to hand over finished files after your team has approved them.
