From finished work to client handoff

  1. Package the finished collection

    Bring final images and a ZIP together from your computer or connected cloud storage. Clients can open supported originals in the image viewer, then download the files they need.

  2. Add the final retouch

    Add a corrected JPEG or remove an outdated export without sending another URL. Tell the client what changed so they know to replace any copies they already downloaded.

  3. Deliver under your own name

    Premium adds your photography logo, accent colour and a verified custom domain. Choose automatic, light or dark delivery pages and hide SentIt branding to keep the handoff consistent with the rest of your work.

Before you send

Will clients see image previews?
Yes. JPEG, PNG and other supported images can show thumbnails and open in the original-image viewer with Fit and Actual size controls. Original image previews support files up to 80 MB and require JavaScript. This static example uses file-type tiles. Downloads remain available when a preview cannot load.
How do I send a larger collection?
Bundle images into a ZIP or attach up to 100 files. Uploads are limited to 1 GB each on Free and 5 GB on Premium. Add files directly from your connected Dropbox or Google Drive account; each cloud download must fit your remaining daily transfer allowance. Provider availability and daily transfer allowances still apply. Download all creates a ZIP up to 4 GB, with 100 ZIP requests per delivery daily; beyond that, use individual downloads.
Can clients select or approve photos?
No. SentIt delivers finished files; it does not include proofing, favourites or client selections. Complete that review first, then share the final set and ask clients to save their copies before expiry.
