¹ Free download requests are pooled across each delivery. Request rate limits apply to both plans.
² Original previews, cloud downloads and ZIPs share this allowance across all your deliveries. Individual downloads of files uploaded to SentIt do not use it. Accepted requests count even if unsuccessful; retries count again. Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC.
³ Up to 100 ZIP requests per delivery daily. Beyond the size or request limit, use individual downloads or the file list. Uploads are scheduled for deletion after the retention period; keep your own copies.
Before you send
- Can I share from my own domain?
- Yes, with Premium. Connect one subdomain you own, such as files.yourstudio.com, in Settings and follow the DNS instructions. Once ownership, certificate and routing checks complete, new share links use that domain. The original SentIt link stays usable. A custom domain changes the address and presentation; anyone with the active link can still access the files.
- What can clients preview?
- Supported images open in a viewer with Fit and Actual size controls; compatible audio and video play with browser controls. Original image previews support files up to 80 MB. The viewer requires JavaScript, and playback depends on browser and codec support. PDFs and source files may show thumbnails when available; clients download the originals to open them. If a preview cannot load, the original download remains available.
- How does storage work with Google Drive and Dropbox?
SentIt is built around temporary deliveries: hand over a project, give your client time to download it, and close the delivery when you’re done. Keep your own copies of the files you send. Premium includes 50 GB for files you upload directly, which helps keep the price at $2.99/month.
Larger libraries can stay in Google Drive or Dropbox. Connect either to add files to the same delivery without using your SentIt storage allowance. Cloud-provider availability and daily transfer limits still apply.
Need more storage directly on SentIt? We’re considering larger storage options and would love to hear about your use case. Email support@sentit.app and tell us what you send, how much space you need, and how long you need to keep it available.
- How do renewal and cancellation work?
- Premium costs $2.99 USD per month, plus applicable tax, and renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel from Settings → Manage billing. A normal cancellation stops future renewals and keeps Premium until the end of the paid period. Paddle handles payments and invoices; see the Refund Policy for refund requests.
- What happens when Premium ends?
- Your storage allowance returns to 1 GB. New uploads are blocked while you are over that allowance. Active links with no expiry or a longer window close within 7 days; an earlier expiry stays earlier. Existing files remain until their delivery archives. Saved branding is hidden on Free and returns if you subscribe again. Keep your own copies of delivered files.
- What are the delivery limits?
Up to 100 files per delivery on every plan. Free allows 25 download requests per file per day, pooled across each delivery. Premium has no daily download count cap; request rate limits apply to both plans.
Original previews, cloud downloads and ZIPs share a daily transfer allowance across all your deliveries: 100 GB on Free and 2 TB on Premium. Each request must fit within the remaining allowance. Accepted requests count even if cancelled or unsuccessful, and retries count again. Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC. Individual native-file downloads do not use this transfer allowance.
Download all provides one ZIP for deliveries up to 4 GB, up to 100 ZIP requests per delivery per day. Beyond either limit, files are downloaded individually.
