From finished work to client handoff

  1. Collect every release file

Combine WAV exports with stems and notes from connected cloud accounts. Clients can listen to browser-compatible audio in the preview viewer and download the original release files.

  2. Revise the package at the same address

Add a revised master or remove a superseded instrumental while keeping the active URL. Save a note explaining the revision and let your client know which downloads to replace.

  3. Put your studio’s identity on delivery

Premium adds your logo, accent colour and a verified custom domain, with automatic, light or dark delivery pages and the option to hide SentIt branding. Give artists and labels a consistent handoff from your studio.

Before you send

Can I send WAV files and stems ZIPs?
Yes. Clients download the files you attach. Computer uploads can be up to 1 GB each on Free or 5 GB on Premium. Add files directly from your connected Dropbox or Google Drive account; each cloud download must fit your remaining daily transfer allowance. Connected files use their original storage; provider availability and daily transfer allowances still apply.
Can I keep multiple versions together?
Yes. Name and attach each version you want the client to keep, and remove exports they should stop using. SentIt does not keep automatic version history. Updating a cloud source may require refreshing or reattaching the file.
Can clients listen or leave comments in the browser?
Clients can open Preview and play compatible audio with browser controls when JavaScript is enabled. Format and codec support depend on their browser; originals remain downloadable. Comments, time-coded feedback and mix comparison are not included. The example above is static.
